Problems to detect existing tables with mariadb-java-client 3.x.y

There is a fixed issue describing this problem exactly for mariadb-java-client 2.7.x https://github.com/j256/ormlite-core/issues/251

But if you change the version of the lib to 3.x.y the same problem comes back.
