Slideshow background image for dashboard

Feature request:

I am using this add-on for a special purpose. I have created a "Photo frame clock" for an elderly woman. So I can provide her with basic info about the date and time but also to send reminders about activities that will be happening during the day to give her some more stability at her age. We want to be able to show pictures of her life and children to stimulate her memory and give her some nice memories.

Wall panel is ideal to build this solution but we run into a small problem:

It is easier to adapt the cards on the "normal" dashboard with css (plus card-mod, layout-card etc) than the cards on the screensaver background. We need really big fonts to make the screen readable for her... Would it be possible to run that slideshow pictures 'behind' the normal dashboard cards. There is no need to have a different interface for a screensaver because it should be visible at all times... So we could disable the screensaver function. Or is it possible to copy the exact same layout of the dashboard as the overlay for the screensaver overlay?
