Remove the doc folder which has empty markdown file. Remove empty files ocs/icon/bmc.md, docs/bsc/bmc.md.

Just following up on this issue. We've encountered into this issue as well, and implemented not-so-idea fix based on how the relayer has fixed this. Is this being worked on...
