Support for bookmarks

The pdf-viewer doesn't support hyperlinks inside the pdf. Can we have this feature too?

That's a neat idea, thanks! Not sure how hard it is to do, but if someone has an idea how to implement this, I'd be happy to review a pull request. :+1:

+1 Chrome has it in their reader, but I have no idea if it is a chromium thing that we can get in atom or a standalone feature.
