XML support

Is it possible to support XML input?

Hi @yukulele,

XML support could be a useful addition, but this library's main focus is HTML and therefore tightly coupled to parse5 (HTML parser). Bundling several different parsers would open up a new level of complexity that I'm not convinced upon at the moment.

Perhaps this would be better suited to a fork called xml2pug?
