Migrate to swift 5.X: [email protected]

It would be nice to now migrate to[email protected] (rename it) by deleting the old Package.swift with swift-tools-version:4.1 and use swift-tools-version:5.0 (or later 5.X support).

I'm not even sure if this library is maintained anymore. The last release was about a year ago... @paween is there any news on if this repo is deprecated or not? Is it still actively being maintained?
