Errors uploading version 1.0.2 to AppStore

Xcode version: 12.3 libPhoneNumber version: 1.0.2 Install method: carthage

Version 1.0.0 works fine. With version 1.0.2, I got these errors:

ERROR ITMS-90685: "CFBundleIdentifier Collision. There is more than one bundle with the CFBundleIdentifier value 'me.ohtalk.libPhoneNumber.iOS' under the iOS application 'xxx.app'."
ERROR ITMS-90205: "Invalid Bundle. The bundle at 'xxx.app/Frameworks/libPhoneNumberShortNumber.framework' contains disallowed nested bundles."
ERROR ITMS-90206: "Invalid Bundle. The bundle at 'xxx.app/Frameworks/libPhoneNumberShortNumber.framework' contains disallowed file 'Frameworks'."
