Adding libPhoneNumber-iOS to SPM in Xcode fails

Package resolution fails on Xcode 12.

Use the version from the master branch.

This happens on the master-version.

EDIT: It seems to work when I specifically use commit 868139c9d90c051e34386970d936cb120f321da4.

Can you Please Guys apply the solution of this commit 868139c because it works and when i tried to get the latest version of 1.0.2 it doesn't
