the renovate bot has lots of PRs every few days to update versions. why not change the cargo config to use a version range instead? it would significantly cut down on time spent managing versions

But Cargo.lock is always bound to exact version, as this is binary project. A lot of renovate PRs just updates Cargo.lock. Or am I missing something?
