This looks ok to me. Can you provide a replicating example or show the code that leads to this error?
When I used rntg last time - my rn version was 0.59.10. So there is a chance that patch-rn.js script will fail to patch latest versions of react native sources.

Hi. It is not possible, you can only wrap image components with filter components.
Looks like it doesn't support gif on iOS at all.
I have no plans to support iOS apps for Mac Catalyst, but PR is welcome.
