[Bug] Add option to ignore MIME file type, to make sure no matter what file will be uploaded as document

Hi

When I am making split 7z archive sometimes some parts have MIME file type detected as "audio/x-mp4a-latm", which ends up uploading file as video and making it unusable. With --rm option this has it's consequences.

Can you add option to ignore MIME file type while uploading files?

To Reproduce

1. Create large 7z split archive
2. Upload it.
3. Check uploaded files integrity.

Expected behavior

Upload files as-is, not to try detect file type.
