Normal user: 2GiB Premium user: 4GiB

It's limited by Telegram server

I am premium, and I have a file with exact size of 4000MB (4194304000). But I still get this error FILE_PARTS_INVALID. I confirmed this file can be uploaded by Telegram PC.

BTW, the size limits are 4000MiB and 2000MiB instead of 4GiB and 2GiB.
