[Feat] Ability to upload a file with it's file name only without the extra "- video/mp4" and without monospace formatting

Proposal

I wish to simply upload a file with it file name as caption with no formatting of MONOSPACE and without extension just like Telegram-upload it can be a feature like tdl up -p PATH --Formatting monospace, extension -c CHATID

Background

when ever i upload something the caption of the file uploaded becomes something like this [{filename} - {type of media}/{extension of media}

if someone dosen't want this they can simply upload with only file name without file extension

Workarounds

been using Telegram-upload to upload but ohh God it's Extremely slow And you program TDL is like a Rocket in front of a Cycle, i just wish i could use tdl
