[BUG] Download Hanging

[DaltonDom]

• Download just hangs for ever its no each with proxy or local time
• It was working before on a older version but know seems to hang
• I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything but still doesn't work
• I have also tried disabling the firewall with no luck

• I also tried running with --debug tag but no log gets generated to see
