I was unable to reproduce it locally. The error is generated in a dependent library, it looks like your mp4 file is not in format and the library can't parse...
This is a private dialog. Is the account you are using to login the same as the account that joined the dialog?

Your version is old one.
Try `. \tdl.exe xxxx` to use the tdl in the current directory
or delete tdl in C:\Windows\System32
