Apply Only To Block

I failed at this, maybe you might know a solution.

I want to apply a style to a particular block, in this case to the content of a heading (in this use, I'm changing text size and color).

It works fine except that it applies to everything inside any heading, not just the block it is.

Is there a way to do that either by:

• applying the style to everything below
• applying the style to every heading 2 content
