Right now, you could install it as a local plugin when your chrome is set to developer mode.

The problem is, it is not yet functional enough to actually be of any use. I have added the needed code to talk to the mozilla servers but I have not fixed up the synchronisation code for the bookmarks.

If you are good enough at Javascript, you can try to fix it yourself. If not, the plugin in it's current form needs more work.
