项目中的链接地址已失效

留下来的几个地址都已经失效，http://www.cms.to2.net/ 无法打开，在windows10 专业版的 docker安装后，无法安装，显示的是html源代码

docker好像是google的问题，在ie中没有问题

打开F12看下是否 Response Headers中是否包含: ContentType = text/html;charset=utf-8

我这边的开发环境是: Fedora31和MacOS
