move completely off deprecated glamkit-convenient?

Hi, Eventtools currently still depends on glamkit-convenient for a few things. Since glamkit-convenient has been deprecated for a while in favor of django-generic, should we move to django-generic entirely?

At quick glance, it looks like the only dependency left is with the line from convenient.conf import SettingsHandler in eventtools.conf
