The docs site talk about event.urls and the such, I don't know if I'm missreading something, or the docs are really old

I feel your pain. I'm trying to implement it and having a tricky time of it. That said, I'm using outside of the GLAMkit framework. The events.urls may as well read myproject.urls, "events" is just the recommended name for ease of use.

http://glamkit.org/documentation/eventtools/index.html is the documentation I've found the most usefull. I hope it helps.
