This bug is also present in 10.0.4.1 - You will need to raise this as a bug with PingIdentity

Oh I didn't notice the linter failed, will take a look

I added https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform-provider-aws/pull/37561 to support this - please contact your account managers to help get this prioritised :)
