SVP's built-in MPV on Windows

Hi,

the README mentions that SVP's built-in MPV is currently not working, but I got it to work with one additional step.

All I needed to do is enabling mpv_ext and setting the corresponding mpv_ext_path to the path of SVP's MPV binaries. This is usually "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\SVP 4\\mpv64\\mpv.exe", and after this, it worked as expected. 😁

So how exactly do you watch something? Im stumped.

They must have rebuilt the SVP MPV version, as it did used to have issues.
