Documentation suggestion

This is a suggestion for and by the computer illiterates who use this great software. I needed to upgrade to 1.10.1 due to the Plex upgrade and it took me half an hour to figure out how. My suggestions are: 1/ A section called upgrading. 2/ plex-mpv-shim does not need to be uninstalled prior to upgrading (as it's automatic) 3/ use the same initial installation command: sudo pip3 install --upgrade plex-mpv-shim 4/ to check upgrade: pip3 show plex-mpv-shim

Yes, there really are people out there as uneducated as me...
