I don't have Ubuntu 23.04 to test it, sorry. You have to wait so someone else can help you.

I'm not sure, I don't have VPS to test it right now. Tested on Ubuntu 18.04 and 16.04.

you can try :

git clone https://github.com/iw4p/OpenConnect-Cisco-AnyConnect-VPN-Server-OneKey-ocserv.git

cd OpenConnect-Cisco-AnyConnect-VPN-Server-OneKey-ocserv

docker build -t ocserv .
