Egypt DPI no internet issue

When Network Protection is enabled, if the user connects to the fastest server with WireGuard V2Ray VMESS/TCP, the app apparently connects successfully, but there is no internet traffic.

Expected result: Users should be able to connect successfully with V2Ray VLESS when Network Protection is enabled and the network connection should not be blocked.

Steps to reproduce: Install version 2.11.0. Login. Enable V2Ray VLESS.

App connects, but there is no internet traffic. Environment: IVPN: 2.11.0/2.11.1 Devices: iPhone 15 pro iOS 18.5
