Not receiving notification after phone has gone to sleep

- Device: iPhone 11
- OS name and version: iOS 14.6
- IVPN app version: 2.4.2
Describe the problem
I am using IVPN with wireguard, ipv6, DoH and keep alive on sleep.
After not using the phone for some time, I do not get notifications from apps and messages. Even on unlocking the phone, the internet does not work.
IVPN app shows connected but I have to disconnect and reconnect for internet to start working and get notifications.

The notifications should be received when they're sent. The internet should work without having to reconnect after device wakes from sleep.
@specter78 This may be related to #131. When using VPN with encrypted DNS, some Apple services are not working.
@jurajhilje I don't think this issue can be issued considered duplicate. In #131, Siri doesn't work no matter what you do. Here, notifications are not appearing because there's internet issue. Reconnecting vpn resolves the issue, for the time being.
@specter78 OK i see, we will investigate more, but on my end notifications are not working at all when connected with DoH/DoT.
@specter78 I realized the same behavior. Can you please provide your logs to @jurajhilje?
When iOS version with fix for #131 is released, I will be interested to see if the issue with notifications is also resolved.
This should be resolved by Apple in iOS 17+. If not, please feel free to post an update and reopen the issue.
