I run into this issue intermittently.

  • Device: MacBook Pro
  • OS name and version: Sequoia 15.5
  • IVPN app version: v3.14.29

Kill switch function is set to off.

Internet works prior to opening the IVPN app. However, once opened I have to stay connected to the VPN, otherwise the internet doesn't work, even when fully closing the app.

As noted, this isn't typical behaviour, but does appear to happen sometimes without clear reason why.

Am I sure it's IVPN? No. However, given that connecting to IVPN is the only thing that restores the service, that's what's leading me to think it may be involved.
