Connection Restarts When Adding Another Split Tunnel Application

Debian 12, KDE, Wayland IVPN v3.13.4

Describe the problem

Since this update everytime I add another application to my split tunnel, the connection for my existing split tunnel applications is restarted, specifically when I open Firefox in split tunnel, and I am streaming on OBS Studio, the stream immedicately drops and restarts after the software automatically attempts to reconnect.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch a split tunnel application.
2. Launch a second split tunnel application.

Expected Results:

Connection for existing split tunnel application resets/restarts.
