Describe your environment

• Device: Desktop computer
• OS name and version: EndeavourOS ATLANTIS
• IVPN app version: v3.4.5

Describe the problem

The following error shows when I try connecting to the VPN:

failed to change firewall state : failed to execute shell command: exit status 3

Steps to reproduce:

After restarting my PC, I ran a yay command but got an error about there being conflicts between ivpn-ui and ivpn. I tried reinstalling it from the official AUR entry using yay -S ivpn-ui, but got a different error:

error: command failed to execute correctly

This resulted in the app actually installing and working fine, except I still have the error about the firewall.
