Separate split tunneling for wifi and mobile networks

I'd like to be able to set up apps which go through the VPN when on Wi-Fi, but bypass it when on Mobile Data.

Description

My mobile operator gives unlimited internet for several services (for example Youtube), but can't use a VPN with them since that way it will not count as YouTube traffic, and I'll have to pay for it.

On Wifi, however, I'm fine with using YouTube trhough a VPN.

Describe the solution you'd like

A toggle in the "split tunneling" menu to only disable VPN for an app when on mobile data and not on wifi.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually turning off VPN for YouTube whenever I use mobile data, which is clearly a bad solution though
