Security changes

The main change is the removal of 'open' package that was abandoned and now has security issues. I changed to 'opn' one.

@cajahyba @jhult This repository appears to be abandoned. If either of you want to fork this project I will contribute patches.

I'm probably not best suited to do this. But, I'm also willing to contribute patches.

One item that we also would likely need to incorporate is the build repo.
