Editor doesn't have option to load TSI files

The editor application currently loads a single, hard-coded TSI path from the file system. It would be good if we could use a File > Open menu item to open different files

OK, I'm new to github so bear with me please? I'll happily take on this but I'm not sure where I get myself assigned. Any help would be appreciated :)
