Jekyll 4.0 support

Hello, I saw that this plugin currently does not support Jekyll 4.0. Are you planning on adding support for it?

For those looking for a version of jekyll-git_metadata for use in their projects, ctrlgroup/jekyll-git_metadata is a more current (and actively developed, thanks @elisehein!) fork with Jekyll 4.0 support.

If you're using bundler, the following line to your Gemfile will switch you over to the newer fork: gem "jekyll-git_metadata", github: 'ctrlgroup/jekyll-git_metadata'
