Fix compilation with Linux 6.10

Compilation under Linux 6.10 fails due to a few missing defines, interface changes, and strlcpy being removed.

I have only tested AP mode but it appears to work OK with Arch linux-lts which is currently at 6.6.47 and mainline linux, currently at 6.10.6.
