Dear maintainer,

I really like this plugin and would like to suggest introducing following hooks:

1) GA_description filter hook
In case one person has more accounts in one WP site, it is possible to get locked out if 2FA is enabled on more then one (get overwritten in GAuth app). A filter hook on default GA_description would give the ability to configure description in site specific way.

2) GA_hidefromuser filter hook While it is possible to disable specific users' ability to change 2FA settings in their profile page, it is not possible to set it globally for all users or specific role. A filter hook would give the ability to finetune hide-from-user feature.

I believe this would greatly improve usability of this plugin in many sceniarios while it should not be very timeconsuming to implement.
