e.g. https://help.duckduckgo.com/duckduckgo-help-pages/results/syntax/ says site: would work.

https://duckduckgo.com/?q=bill+gates+site%3Amicrosoft.com&t=h_&ia=web works via the web but I can't get results via API the equivalent using query()
