iMessage/SMS cursor and send button not theming

iPhone X 13.3 using the build from your repo. The cursor color and send button in the messages app are still blue even though I have the tint color set to red. A42EDF91-43C5-4AA9-8C7D-07C58AC1226B

Been working on it from quite some time, trying to isolate the method since it's apparently new.

Thanks for the update! Also I noticed that the names of my contacts are still blue when creating a new message in the messages app, also safari webview isn't tinting either. EE344AF9-CCB0-41F4-ACB1-7B6C7A0EAEEB B9B57E88-E401-48D1-A7FF-097212625B29
