 Now the building=* outline overrides the building parts tho, creating levels that are not there, such as here, where a building:part with min_level=1 was set.

An easier way could be to render amenity=parking_space

I would like to suggest highway=street_lamp It could also support values such as light:lit=17:30-05:30 ecc. for aumented realism since Streets GL supports dynamic lighting, but maybe is asking too much...
