Add graphviz to stackage LTS-13

Can you please add graphviz to LTS 13. To do so you just have to open an issue on the lts-haskell repo.

graphviz is already on Stackage; shouldn't it be automatically added to LTS 13 when that is cut?

I'm not sure, but it didn't build on LTS 13.0 when that was cut so maybe that's why graphviz got left out? But it seems to be included in the nightly of today so I'd assume that means you should be in LTS 13.3 automatically...

No, minor LTS releases will not automatically include new packages from the nightlies. Only when a new major LTS release is made will they pick up the package set from the nightlies. Adding a package to an existing LTS major version has to be done manually. See here.

graphviz is in lts18 currently.

I think this ticket could be closed.
