can the notifications have a sound?

i tend to ignore notification on my setup but sounds really work well on me. lack of sound causes me to not see/ignore notifications and lose track of stuff

I'm on Linux. Where is that option? Is it in Obsidian or in Windows?

This option is inside Day Planner settings in Obsidian

But there is only on option which is Task Notification and it doesn't produce any sound on my machine. I'm using gnome DE.

I have been investigating this issue, and it appears to be a common problem in Linux. For example, this issue occurred in Signal, where the developer resolved it by implementing a solution also used in statusbar-pomo-obsidian, which involves playing a sound along with the notification.
