Apple Watch - Bolus wizard won't jump right after adding carbs

Scenario:

1. Using your apple watch, add carbs and select Save. You will feel the vibration as it saved.
2. Wait for the bolus screen to be displayed.

Actual: It didn't. Expected: Right after adding carbs from the watch, I should see the bolus screen pops right away.

NOTE: If I manually go to bolus menu I see the recommended bolus there.
