[Feature request] Add support for collaborations

Youtube recently added a new feature called collaborations where now videos can have more than 1 channel attached to it.

It affects:

• Channel video channel link, in this example D/V is clickable, but the collab video D/V and FADE has no hyperlink (href).

• Search video channel link, same problem as Channel video channel link, the collab video has no hyperlink to the channel.

• Watch video, in the channel profile bellow the video, there is no profile picture, no subscriber count and only the name of the uploader of the video appears, the collaborator is not present:

There is also collaborations in playlists. There is playlists with collaborations enabled but without any collaborators and playlists with 1 or more collaborators.

They show their channel name as by <channel_name> in Invidious as opposed with playlists without collaborators enabled (they just show <channel_name>, which is the intended behavior):

That may not be worth fixing because it's clear and the channel name and hyperlink still appear fine.
