[Enhancement] Add fine-grained controll over "Playback rate"
Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, the only way to set the "Playback rate" (or "Playback speed" as YT calls it) is bounded by the predefined values with increments of 0.25.
This is not necessarily wrong, but it is a bit restrictive both in the video player and the Invidious settings.
Describe the solution you'd like Implement the ability to specify the Custom value like for example 1.15 in the menu just like YT has done recently...
It is a relatively new feature, even as far as YT is considered but it would be nice to see it with Invidious as well.
Describe alternatives you've considered Well there simply are none (besides using YT ;/)... As far as using, not hosting, the Invidious goes...
Additional context The screenshots and this Issues as well is written with the relevance to the inv.nadeko.net since currently that is basically the only instance that actually works without failing at every 2th video (and/or not working at all or having too lengthy loading times)... But other instances does not seem to support this either...
