fix/workaround for issue YT takeout playlist import via csv

…s export / takeout of youtube playlists. not perfect (ie. things like "providing the takeout zip and all playlists get imported".. not yet supported).

This is just a quickfix for other users, that can be used until the time where a full takeout import (of the youtube music export) or similar has been implemented.. a feature request I couldn't find so far.

Do with that what you will. At least my private invidious instance can handle playlists from the google export now. :-)
