[Enhancement] Open external links from the description in a new tab

Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe. Default behaviour in Youtube is to open external links in a new tab so I often forget and left-click which opens in the same tab. When I click back, the position is not saved, so I can lose a timecode where the video was interrupted, especially if it's 1 hour+ video.

Describe the solution you'd like Just make opening external links in a new tab a default behaviour.

Describe alternatives you've considered Make a setting to toggle this behaviour. (But what the default should be?)

All links should open in a new tab. The description should be no exception there!
