[Bug] Video restarts on timeskip

Describe the bug When I use the left or right arrow keys, or click on a time location in the video, occasionally the video will completely restart, it then works perfectly after the restart

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load video
2. attempt to skip forward or backwards
3. Notice sometimes the video completely restarts

Unfortunately this only happens rarely, I can't make it occur consistently

• Browser (if applicable): Firefox 119, although it has happened with all the previous versions i've used
• OS (if applicable): Archlinux

This is especially annoying with sponsorblock, as when it gets to a sponsor segment, it restarts the video instead of skipping it.

Sorry if this has been documented elsewhere, I searched and didn't find anything, this happens on every instance i've tried.

I've been trying to work around it by hitting the right arrow key as soon as video loads, and then the left to go back to the start, but that's kinda silly.

Sorry the arrows ate my browser and OS firefox 119 and archlinux, and with these options (exported from json to ensure precision)

I'm going to double check it isn't any of my extensions by disabling them all tomorrow just to make sure it isn't any of them, but I don't believe any are relevant. Plus it doesn't happen on any other websites anyway.

I think there's a good chance this is instance specific, however, the instance I was using when I made this post is no longer publically available, i'll reopen with a link to the instance if it happens again.

I only get this behavior when the Firefox SponsorBlock addon activates, not when seeking normally

The arrow keys cause it for me but not mouse seeking

edit: now that I think about it, I never mouse seek anyway, and if it did happen, it would be immediately undone in the next frame because it only happens once per video, so, perhaps it does happen with mouse seeking.

It's been happening to me too for at least the last few days, on multiple instances. I've noticed it only with the left arrow key trying to skip back. One of the instances where it happened might have been https://iv.nboeck.de, but I'm not sure (EDIT: can confirm, happened there just now).

I don't use SponsorBlock, but I do use uBlock Origin. However, it only started happening in the last week or so, and I haven't touched plugins in that time.
