[Bug] DASH on Safari macOS is broken - Playback cannot continue. No available working or supported playlists.

Describe the bug T.: https://github.com/iv-org/invidious/issues/2236 's a thing already but I was told that's only for iOS n it's not expected for macOS, so I should open a new issue for this.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Safari on macOS
2. Try e.g. https://yt.artemislena.eu/watch?v=6OWq38TikzU&quality=dash
3. Video loads for a while, then Playback cannot continue. No available working or supported playlists. (this works on other browsers)

Additional context

• Browser (if applicable): Safari 17.0 (19616.1.27.211.1)
• OS (if applicable): macOS Sonoma 14.0

And then enable the following feature flags for AV1 Codecs, that seems to resolve the issue:

I take it back. The one you mentioned still does not work.
