[Enhancement] Disable or reset playback position for playlist and videos near end.
Hey,
is it already possible or would it be possible to disable the save_player_pos only for playlists?
Currently after hearing a playlist once it jumps to the last 10s of each video.
To keep the feature working with playlists i think a threshold would be useful. Eg. Reset to beginning when saved playback position is 90% or more

This issue does not just apply to playlists but is a general issue, f.e. also when Playing the next video. @dertester maybe you can update the issue title?
The issue seems to be that the play position is not reset when a video finishes playing, so any time you watch a video, then watch something else and come back to a previously played video then that video you already watched before will only play the last 10-15 seconds.
Therefore I also believe this is a bug, not an enhancement @SamantazFox Could you maybe update the label to show that?
