[Enhancement] Microsoft Edge doesn't support AV1 codec and fail to play DASH

Microsoft edge can't use the AV1 codec.

Multiple solutions:

• The solution would be to offer a different codec if the browser doesn't support AV1. (by @unixfox)
• The solution would be to use two different AdaptationSet code blocks instead of the unique_res parameter so Edge can play videos that are AVC1 encoded instead. (by @Zero3K)
