[Feature request] Allow the use of backslash to get first result

Is it possible to make the use of \ in a seach query trigger open the first result immediately ? Similar to "i'm feeling lucky" I chose backslash because it's how it works in DuckDuckGo to get the first search result

I don't know the Invidious code nor Crystal I posted this as a suggestion if someone would like to implement it but I completely understand that it's not a priority Also, thanks for maintaining this project
